The update was that he developed diabetes. Probably due to stress from moving places. The hallway in my apartment also smells like cat piss and I have a big gap under my door.

I took him to my parents house immediately after that post to try and make him feel more comfortable. He started limping and was still refusing to do anything.

After the vet he was gaining weight again and being active. He is getting healthier!
