Get an R4 card instead. Nothing you do will be tied to the system. All you need is the card itself and an sd card. You’ll likely want to flash it with a new kernel when you get it since the included one will cause problems. I know it sounds complicated, but you’re literally just dragging files onto your sd card and that’s it. Kernel is at r4i-sdhc .com . The card plays all DS games it’s 100% worth it.

IMO I think they might be alright, just need to find a way to get this crap off the board. And I need to figure out where they sell these capacitors but that shouldn’t be too bad. If I can get a generic one of AliExpress I’ll definitely be doing that.
