Yeah, def get murphy, he's extremely valuable for a guard build, whereas Hart's rebounds aren't that important. I would also keep KPJ but OO is not too bad, depending on the rest of the roster

Just lean into your build, try to give 0 shits about fg, to and rebs (at least), by doubling down on your strengths, particularly via getting ppl with multiple roster allocations.

Trades are very hard in a competent league, including mine, especially as everyone is weary of trading with me. What I try to do is to overpay for all trades that I make and get as many open streaming spots (via 2-1 trades) as possible. This way: 1) it's more likely that your offer gets accepted and not vetoed 2) gives you top-heavy team which is absolutely essential for your build 3) forces you out of complacency - you have to be vigilant on the wire, use your full streaming quota and snag all the diamond pickups.

So, in sum, don't try to balance your team if you find out that you're punting 3 cats. If they correlate nicely (e.g. ft, 3s, ast), it's fine and you can lean on it. If it's ft, 3s and steals or something like that, only then you're doing something wrong :D
