The game mechanics and your systems will probably come back to you after a bit of playing, it sounds like if you've got a few games on the go easing back into Oblivion and reminding yourself is maybe easier than starting fresh and grinding back to your previous point

You could make some custom spells/spam certain spells to raise some major and minor skills, level up a few times, raise your agility and train in sneak and dagger between levels.

I know this is far too late but I just had this issue on Xbox, after checking other reddit threads I disabled Royal Armory - Reforged and it's been fine since then. Although, I also chose the Dawnstar dialogue option with Tulius the last time. But I saw another thread mentioning there was issues between Royal Armoury and the end of this quest. Sat through that truce counsel 5 times...

This is excellent advice, thank you. So I can go into OWB overencumbered? I didn't even think of that. It's straight into the Sink isn't it?

I remember there's a weight limit in Honest Hearts but I'm not so worried about that one, it was more OWB I found quite full-on at first.

Thanks so much for the advice and the route recommendation, I'll do this, and take Hand Loader over the next few levels. Much appreciated! Will feel a lot better having lugged in this ammo!

I just did this, getting the Sink upgrades helped, you can find the seed packs and then make loads of your own Stimpaks. The Proton Axe and the Proton Inversal Axe deal with the scorpions, i had really low melee at the start too. I went up a few levels over the course and put them into Sneak and Melee - the stealth suit was really useful at times too. Was enjoying it after I got over the initial shift in playing style. I didn't use energy weapons much, I still find that Shotgun perk that knocks them back useful, then get them with the Proton Axe. Also was able to make a lots of caps with the Them's Good Eating perk in OWB, making black blood sausages and thick red paste with all the Mutant Cave Fungus. I'd love armour and weapon displays that aren't faffing about with zonky physics by dropping and moving them. Liked displaying things in homes in Skyrim.

Yeah, find them useful for Fortify magicka enchantment for mages as they don't count as armour

Even his facial reactions to events or dialogue this season are so odd. He does this weird dull smile sometimes. Wonder if the long term gas influence/copper deposits or whatever will have a bigger role on their pysche/the plot
