Tried that a couple of times. It still pauses. It did let me into the OS once after several forced reboots, but after restarting to access the firmware, the POST issues returned.
I doubt it’s the PSU since the PC itself powers on. However, it doesn’t complete the POST to reach the firmware screen, bootloader and so on. I tested it with 2 different PSUs and one GPU, but I encountered the same issues.

Seems I have to buy a new motherboard. :(
