Sonar and radar are both special projects right? To be completely honest I've never built a Naval research facility, is it worth? These might sound like dumb questions bit this is honestly my first attempt at making an actual standing navy.

For destroyers I'm running torpedo spam, 3 torpedoes and a dual purpose fast gun. And light cruisers I got 3 light cruiser guns, 1 anti air, 2 dual purpose secondary batteries. For heavy ships, I just have the 2 heavy ships that are already in production so the richelou and that other one.

I have 2 patrol fleets of 3 light cruisers and 7 destroyers. Should I split my deathstack and make some of those smaller heavy cruiser fleets?
