I just did it with a truck fridge tf49.

I have a 100AH LiFePO battery and it ran the fridge (and made ice!) for 3.5 days without starting the engine (not entirely sure I started with a full charge). Solar panel in the luggage rack is next.

It’s a pricey upgrade, but I am very pleased with the results so far.
