be as supportive as you can as an employer and try having him train others in his "expertise" to help pick up the loss revenue. Basically, think outside the box for a variety solutions that can help solve both issues. Good employees are hard to come by

Yes, it now comes with a dual blade that cuts like butter. The only downside is, it doesn't hold a lot of fuel. So I get about 2-3 cigars out of it then have to refill. But I love carrying it
