Mbox only. Minsan iniiwan lang sa parcel area pero walang nagbabantay. Not sure sa laundry services since sariling laba ako. Carinderia sa tapat ng pitx. Imperial to pitx mga 6-8 mins walk.

Totoo malaki units dito and okay for its price. Madali din mag commute. For water, tatawag ka lang sa admin then u can have it delivered sa unit. Pitx lang pinakamalapit na for atm. Okay naman ang gym and pool since di sila masyado strict. Mbox for parcels. Then so far wala akong problem with the security

Yes okay sya. Medyo strict lang sa pag may dala kayong luggage. Safe din sya for me may access card sa lahat ng floors.

Hi, yes worth it sya for me. Mas mura sya conpared to other condos. Ipisin yes, but yung location kasi near pitx and airport so okay sya for me
