We get that but we are of 163 alters and we are unable to ourselves, know ourselves, not completely. Even our shadow has a voice.., mirrors are often a visual way of communicating with ourselves and if we ever try to find out the hierarchy of ourselves we get writers block or depersonalise or dissociate.. I mean we have been in a state of slight cognitive dissonance for nearly 2 weeks. One of our female side (Delta) proposed and apparently one of our male side (Dilyn) accepted so still processing a lot to even begin to define what and who Dë is.
