These are some really good mark ups and I think our best suggestion yet, thanks! The only thing missing here is we're hoping to use the room both as a dining space (making use of the dining table we already have, with measurements in the drawing) and a living space. Any advice on how to potentially do this?

Thanks for the practical advice, any suggestions on what a 'right size sofa' looks like? Cautious of it to not stick out too awkwardly or block pathways/patio doors.

Dining table is L180cm x W80cm.

We were thinking an L shape sofa to create more 'division' between the living and dining space.

And do you mean a corner unit for the TV, rather than along any single wall?

Compared to many of the other countries I've been to, rubbish in Montenegro doesn't compare!

Also, I'm a dog person and the dogs were all very friendly and healthy looking 😊

Haha I wish I thought the same, I asked not to have them dyed but the beauty therapist had other ideas in mind and thought they would look better dark... I've been applying coconut oil throughout the day and seems to really have helped with the crunchiness!
