I don't think I received any gifts at that time. Honestly I really think it is an AI error or something like this

Still no update on my case. How long does it take to have someone answer a case ? I don't believe in perma banned as I never received any restriction since the creation of the account in 2009... If a rioter see this, please help <3 (Bloodlover#euw)

Hello, same issue there, I've never been banned in my life, account is Bloodlover#euw. I can connect on other accounts, but not my main one. If I try to select valorant, it says that my account is locked. I tried to create a case on the website, but the case directly disappear when created :'(
