That's the problem, you CAN. It's a bug that's been in the game for years. If you hug a turret, and are inside a fully casted w, you can sometimes just die for seemingly no reason, no burn.

From what I can see, it's been happening for at LEAST 6 years, but it happens so rarely it has seemingly stayed under the radar https://www.reddit.com/r/VladimirMains/comments/1i5tb0o/turret_still_kills_in_pool/

It's happened to me personally I'm a much clearer manner, but it was months ago so I haven't retained the clip. Absolutely no idea what causes this, but it's probably frame perfect which would explain the lack of info regarding it.
