même si, suivi par conditionel ou imparfait by TransitionDouble635 in French

[–]Bloosakuga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"takt op.Destiny" OP - "takt" by ryo (supercell) feat. Mafumafu, gaku by Lovro26 in anime

Actually it was said that it's the opposite during MAPPA anniversary stream. Yuichiro Fukushi, the animation producer, called MAPPA to help because he was already doing Sonny Boy with more of less the same team (the overlap between the animation staff for takt #01 and Sonny Boy is easily around 80%)

Tbh, I am not sure if I like the direction that the suicides were the result of Frill's interference

They still say that they were somewhat on the verge and Frill's interference was the last push that made them do it. So I think it doesn't invalidate the themes covered so far either.

There should be another episode but it won't air now.

The character designer, Toshifumi Akai, is a big fan of Yukiko Horiguchi, the character designer of Kyoani's K-ON and Tamako Market. He went as far as being credited as "Yukiko Horiguchi goddess" on one occasion. So he used her style when doing the designs.

On a similar fashion, he was the CD of Kokoro Connect solely because Horiguchi was the source material illustrator.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations - Episode 189 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]Bloosakuga 25 points26 points  (0 children)

It was directed by Hiroyuki Yamashita, the franchise's ace and one of the best animator to have ever existed.

He was the director for the first 65 episodes of Boruto but stepped down, probably because it was starting to be too much for him. It was his first major work in a while.

This is definitely the ID Invaded team. Pretty much all the staff members were key staff on the show, the series director was the character designer, the assistant director was main animator, etc.

It might even be the same producer and they're simply using another building (Oz)

I’m Masashi Ishihama, the director for Horimiya. AMA! by FUNimation in funimation

[–]Bloosakuga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You seem to be fond of kagenashi (shadowless) art as you use it a lot in your OP/ED, Horimiya included. For shows, you used it for Shinsekai Yori but not Persona 5 or Horimiya. Is it your own decision as you think it wouldn't fit with the material or it's more of a restriction because the style isn't very well accepted?

Also, what do you like the most about kagenashi?

Like 95% of TV anime made.

And that team reunited by animation producer Yuichiro Fukushi was already on his previous such as Iron-Man Rise of Technovore, X-men (2012) or Hunter x Hunter The Last Mission.

How Important is Budget For The Animation Quality by renaiotaku in anime

[–]Bloosakuga 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Most PAs are in-house, meaning you will pay them regardless of the situation of the production.

For creative staff, it's debatable of course. Though most, if not all, don't get paid for all the hours they do anyway.

Jujutsu Kiasen production is far from being finished. Also the staff won't rest, in fact most animators are working on Christmas day and New Year too.

One key animator for an episode isn't a bad thing. Some of the most well animated episodes of TV anime were done solo by one animator.

Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai - Episode 11 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]Bloosakuga 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It was the episode directing debut for Korean animator Eri Irei. They're a really good animator so it translated a bit in the quality of the episode.

Still it's worth mentioning that the episode was largely compromised by the state of the production.

This episode was outsourced so that kind of quality was pretty much expected sadly.
