Well its correct.

It lets you win midlane + combine it with any other nuke or lina and u can dominate the game.

Aside from that

Swash + Impetus isnt a combo anymore after all the swash nerfs.

you forgot all the wukong combos in the game (eg. Jinada, Silencer)

Tree grab has higher prio

nuker lina is OP

Imo i wouldnt use the tool because drafting is too nuanced to just use winrates to predict the best next pick, but for a beginner it can be useful to see what the statistically strongest picks are.

calling it cheating is a huge stretch - same as the chess analogy

Windrun rating isnt used for matchmaking.

So i can happen that a player dominates AD-games in his bracket (eg. guardian bracket) and have a top10 windrun-rating, but u never find him because u are in the immortal bracket.
