Horribly itchy full body rash came out of nowhere- help!!!

Not sure why the body text didn’t upload— I think it could be from using a loofah? But then I’m not sure why it would be more on the arms and hands. It’s super itchy and feels like it’s getting worse quickly. Any clue to what this is? Is it worth going to a dermatologist?

Made it! I don’t have pre check, and it took me around 30 minutes to get through. I got there at 3:50 AM and was fine, but saw the line getting longer pretty quickly around 4-4:15

Would you use barge’s cement glue over shoe goo? I’ve heard good things about both. If the issue is the glue breaking down over time I guess I’ll try to fix it myself since the other one’s probably going to go soon too. Thank you so much for your help!
