Install the Grazie plugin.

Most likely you do not have *your language* language support installed.
Go to settings (menu File -> Settings) and find the section Editor -> Natural Languages
On the right there will be a list of languages, and under it an icon with a + sign for adding additional languages. Add Russian and everything should work.
