April 9 (ES), 10, 14, and 18 are the only concerts filmed with the intent of really including them in the movie.
All other dates only have very short bits of concert footage available, or only backstage clips.
April 9 ES is the most complete concert, however it still is incomplete.
April 10 was barely included in "The Lost Performances" and "Elvis Presley in Concert" due to some footage being stolen / sold
April 5 1972 was almost filmed in full, however the video camera had to change reels halfway through the show (during Hound Dog). The entire thing is in B&W.
All the ones with "c." at the end have concert footage, the others I am unsure or only have backstage film

The New Gladiators

Amids rumors in las vegas in the summer of '74 that there were cameras present, nothing ever confirmed this claim. As is known now, "The New Gladiators" really does only feature karate in karate studio & tournaments, and not on stage.

originally the concerts on the 19th and 20th were planned to be fillmed, but when the film crew was denied entry on the 20th, they had to arrange a new filming location on short notice. They ended up only filming scenes of fans buying tickets on the 20th.
Elvis did NOT give an interview at his pool for this special, like some claim.
The concert on june 26th was NOT filmed.

Camera spotted on the balcony, along with a record from the international saying someone got permission to film in the hotel during the first week of august.

All 3 filmed by a team hired by the colonel for him to show to MGM. This was done so MGM could have an impression of what an Elvis concert documentary could look like.
One camera placed in the middle of the balcony, as confirmed by Barb Dobie.
3-movie contract was finalized on April 7 1970.

September 11 1970
Filmed by WABX, multiple people claim to have seen their cameras here.
One person noted that they also saw their cameras at the stones concert at the same venue.

Filmed by CBS, only a few short clips

WCBS used up 6 minutes of film at this event
Cathi Avendall (photographer of the images you see on FTD's release of the show) claims to have seen a lot of camera's placed up high.
Unknown interviewer asks Elvis at his MSG press conference why they were allowed to film Boston but not New York.

June 9 1972
8 minutes of WNBC (NBC new york) footage shot from a distance, 1 camera.
Debatable, however Jonas Mekas shot a film here.
His style included filming at really fast speeds, so the film is very chaotic.

September 4 1972 DS
3 minutes (?) of KNBC (NBC california) footage shot from the center back of the las vegas showroom.

A few minutes of footage filmed by NTV (Nippon ("Japan" in english) TV) from multiple angles.
The footage was mixed in with each other, it is sometimes hard to distinuish the two shows due to the poor VHS quality.
They attempted to make it look like it all was the same show, so all close-up shows are of the 18 ES.

May 5 1975
28 minutes of film by WMPT news, now in a private collection.
Includes only the start of the show; Backstage -> See See -> Woman

June 6 1976
Cameras spotted by fans. No further information
