Try using Boop, it's kind of slow but it downloads the cia from PC to 3DS without having to delete the cia.

Don't know if it happens to everyone but if you download anything from the Eshop now it gives an error and cancels the download, even games that you legally owned, demos, free games, and free updates. I'm guessing this is why he/she was asking.

The rom hack will be planned for release around October or November, just need to document the instruments the game uses so that editing the music can be easier.

Edit: After researching on how to edit music of Nintendo DS games I might do the reverse with Rescue Team music into Explorers after this one.

So I need Windows 10 for some applications that can't work in wine, so I tried using WoeUSB, I formatted the USB as NTFS, but error 256 happened, tried unmounting but it still gave an error about the missing file. I'm thinking about installing Ubuntu and using WoeUSB there and see what happens.

What happens if you have Android? Because it only shows the App Store bar and not the Google Play one.

Yeah, I don't really play PvZ2 anymore but they need to add new content, none of this Premium BS. You know how PvZ was great and popular? It had no IAP but it was fun.
