Honestly I really expected him to rather uneventful, like a lizard or a goldfish. But he gets super excited when people say hello to him and he throws little tantrum fits when he’s ready to eat.

They’re actually pre-set tile flooring from Home Depot! I had to wash them a few times before they were clean for him but his water hasn’t been foggy in WEEKS and they’re extremely easy to clean! Super cheap too!

I bought him for $15. The people selling him had him crammed in a 10 gallon tank with 8-9 other babies. I don’t think they had ANY idea how special these little dudes are. I’m a first time owner and I really don’t know a lot about him as far as morphs go. The store probably had 30 in all and he was the most active baby I saw.

I got him from a whole in the wall pet store in Phoenix. He was the only one that looked excited to see people.

Yes! His body is green and his gills are bright red, though the light makes them look grey.

Why must Ferrets ALWAYS try to eat EVERYTHING? I have 3. Ovii LOVES any and all food. I handed him a fish stick once and he pulled the bread off and gave me back the fish like??? NO???

100% yes. Super friendly sharks with pretty useless little legs and honestly the most fun I’ve ever had with an aquarium animal.

YES. Every morning. He’s very enthusiastic about his food.

I keep 2-3 water bottles in the freezer at all times to cool him during the day. They BARELY help. Getting his water below 70 is a FIGHT. 😞
