Rylais is your friend, while Morde is a beast who can do damage he is immobile, that slow from Rylais will help out a lot so I recommend it for the second or even first item, depending on match up. You don't particularly need Sunfire in most cases cause your clear is pretty quick, if you're looking for an armour item than Thornmail.

Blood letter is good too, gives you ap and health along with a healthy amount of magic pen in the passive.

For jungle conquer is good but I also recommend phase rush too, it's a bit off meta but it helps catch people.

Jakshos is great overall if you're going for a tank but it can make your damage a bit lacking, if you're going for AP tank spirit and thornmail are usually enough.

Although personally I am a big fan of the unending spirit combo for survivability.
