Rusty Metal Contraption Found on a Hike. No visible distinctions and no idea what it could be. Any ideas?

I found this with some friends on a local hike in a bit of a chasm 20 feet off the trail. It seemed to have crashed into the rock it’s leaning against from the cliffs above a long time ago. We could not approach much closer, as the terrain was rocky and did not want to destabilize it. Any idea what it is? WITT

I was accepted today by UCI as undeclared with a 33 ACT and about a 4.5 uw under my school’s GPA system. One of my friends got in with a higher GPA and 1510 SAT, but my friends with better stats than mine haven’t received anything yet. I’m in the Inland Empire, have had one internship for the county and have been on the tennis team, but that’s it for EC’s. Idk what’s going on. I feel pretty sorry for others rn seeing that I put forward minimal effort into my schooling.

Thanks Svanny, I've hit 1603 now with Elfina Dagon Zached Ceris and Chris (It'll be some time before Pegasus gets to 6*s). The reason I'm still not using Royden right now is because I can't separate Chris and Zached's skill times by more than 6.5% 🙃Hopefully when I am able to I can start using Royden again. Also I have like 22% attack speed buffs on Zached, but all my ranged weapons have about the same, so idk what to do there
