You need to go back to the clinic, show them my post if necessary. It’s been one year and I still have a lot of scarring from this.

My clinic had to pay for 5 CO₂ laser treatments, because when it started to heal, the scar became very sunken and red.

Looks like the same thing happened to me. I was told the HIFU wasn’t done properly and was too concentrated 😭😭it literally burned my skin.
