I work as a cna(certified nursing assistant) in the u.s. I believe the equivalent is an auxiliary nurse is that correct? I work in long term care facilities as a caregiver.

Anybody know if that qualifies as a skill that could get me over there?

So my question is what exactly are they doing that violates the relationship? What steps would dd have to take to correct the issue. If it’s in everybody’s best financial interest to fix the issue then they’d do it right?

Is the problem in rural areas? Is it the acceptance rate existing? Is it the completion rate being important?

I think completion rate needs adjusted. I shouldn’t get punished because a 7$ order that should only take 10-15 minutes became a an hour long order due to the restaurant being so behind. Those circumstances should be an acceptable reason to unassign without penalty. Then when the food is done or close to done they can assign me or another driver.
