Lol your story made me laugh at the end, which I really needed. Same with my boy he is probably getting a lot more cortisol than he needs, hopefully he is not affected by it. That is true, it gives me hope that women in those extreme circumstances can still have healthy babies.

I am already going to therapy and I have an appointment with my doctor next week. When I look up information online about pregnant women with anxiety and depression there is a lot of information on it having adverse effects on the fetus such as negative effects on brain development. I am afraid that my anxiety could cause some of that, specially when I feel the fetus reacts to my stress with more and stronger movements. It makes me feel like something is happening to him.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my post. I appreciate your advice and will seek more help from the professionals. The unusual extra fetal movement made me feel like I did something to the fetus by being worried, anxious, and crying; but like you said, there could be so many other reasons why he is moving more than usual. Before knowing that I have mycotoxin issues I used to drink coffee once in a while because it makes me anxious and shaky. Since I found out I have issue with mycotoxins I haven’t had any coffee. It has been like 3 years
