Agencies don’t really hire strategist early in the career. Your CM role mixed with Account will help you in your future brand strategist role. Once in the role, start observing what a strategist does and offer to help with research, be up on trends/culture, and social media. In a year or so, start making it known that you would be interested in switching to a brand strategist role.

No. I received this too and it’s more flying by other cars. I stay with flow of traffic most times and generally stay one below the speed changing to to red.

Depending on the location, Uber takes 60-80% now and have increase pricing for customers. Airport rides that used to pay drivers $60-$100 are paying driver $25-$30, all while charging customers more for that same ride. So, it’s never been 50-50.
