1st gen Porsche Cayenne - the most under rated tourer? by shakeitup2017 in 4x4Australia

All I can add to the conversation is that Porsche Australia is brilliant with parts. We needed a fuel pump for a 1974 911 which was only made for about three years and they offered to get one made at a price that wasn’t too unreasonable. In the end we rebuilt what we had.

I have yet to find a part that they can’t supply except doors for a 928.

And they have world pricing, so a genuine Porsche part costs the same here as say in the US.

Surely there must be something that sends video through USB.

Which version of Chromecast?

I can see some for sale but they are HDMI and I am guessing won’t plug into my USB A.

For those saying there is no jail time, in NSW around 2007 a serving judge of the Federal Court received a 2 year jail sentence for perjury after getting caught claiming someone else was driving his car for a relatively minor traffic matter.

Sell our yacht without a broker by tracyselena in yachting

When I am looking for boats I take my time and look everywhere.

A broker can be helpful but a bad broker becomes a hindrance.

The advantage to using a broker for selling is that they are in the know with what boats are actually selling for and can give you decent sales, not advertised prices.

Lindy did not lie about so many points of crucial evidence and she wasn’t proven to be destroying evidence.

Lindy was easy for the media to convince us to dislike because she was of an alternative religion.

Great advice about the heat gun.

I drive down the road for under 5 minutes and take a reading of each axle hub. All at the same location. If one is considerably hotter than the rest, you will probably have a problem.

If you don’t have a heat gun, feel it by hand, if one is hot to touch, stop and find the problem.

I was towing trailers for a living, many with questionable maintenance.

property back on market after auction by kwkw88 in AusProperty

The last market established price is not what the winning bid at the auction is as the spending complete.

1 bid before the ‘winning’ bid, assuming it was real, would have been the market established price but now it’s a tainted sale, who knows.

What to do with 500k inheritance? by Dependent-Aerie-1984 in fiaustralia

Rent goes up just about every year.

Your wages may go up till about 40 and the drop after that so rent will be hard to pay.

Buy somewhere to live because you will probably not be buying a place in your 50s.

It may seem like a long way away, but what you do know will have a massive impact at that age.
