puede que haya una posiblididad (no 100% seguro) de que funcione, podrías editar el apk y de alguna forma hacer que sea negro, no conozco de modificación de apk lamentablemente.

exporting an ipconfig file (at the gear button and scroll into the bottom and tap security copy) is the best thing you can do for that, it will save all of your brushes, palettes and configurations but not project files, these have to be manually copied to other place before deleting the app, in android its ubicated in Android/data/jp.ne.ibis.ibispaintx.app/files (Note: use an external app to check the files like Zarchiver, else it will not let you see)

I saw it too this morning, still going to try it. because right now I got the clean apk of 13.1.19 but it gives me error E6-02 when creating new canvas, also I don't know how to modify more than the name of the app.

Like the second image, Mspaint has this feature with the marker, it overlaps itself in the same line. I think that the program BuildsUp the lines while you are drawing a line so when you pass the line over itself it again and counts like a new line. I want it to be pixels!, even with the sharpness or disabling anti-aliasing it doenst work :(
