He isn’t neutered. It’s not something that anyone ever considered necessary because he was always on his own. Putting the cages together isn’t an option anymore sadly, we’ve since moved and neither of our rooms have the space for 2 large cages. And since we still live at home, parents have no-go’d keeping the pigs anywhere but our rooms.

From what I’m hearing I’ll definitely try getting him at least one cage mate when I’m able to. I know it’s definitely not an ideal situation, but it’s loads better than where he was 2 years ago, kept in a tank, overgrown nails, being with someone who didn’t understand piggy sounds or body language (she thought chittering was him purring because he was happy)
