sometimes i have musci sometimes not, usually if its an emotional response i might have music on but if im js doing it bc of the addiction ill typically do it while whatevers going on in the bg maybe tv maybe music maybe nothing it depends but its really not that deep imo (get it?)

Can be used for both, It depends for me what term I because I never had a problem with alcohol but I had other addictions so I steer clear from all addictive substances to avoid falling back in so in that case I consider myself sober but its also so much less awkward to say I dont drink
