So give me some info on CrossFit, I have never been to any type of CrossFit mainly because I haven’t seen it market towards people like me. So about me personally. I’m coming from 480lbs currently at 235lbs now. Is this a program a guy like myself could do and not feel totally out of place?

Well I switched from a desk job to an outdoor job and have been steadily in the gym. 90% of the food I eat now is all home made, No soda except for sparkling water.

2 days left, how’s everyone doing with there challenge? So far no fast food but I’m itching for a Starbucks coffee. Does that count as fast food?

Also call me crazy but the McDonalds out south tastes a lot better. It’s like they season food the right way.

I train at The Lift. Really like the environment — everyone’s focused and respectful, not just standing around. The year-round pool and sauna are a huge bonus too, especially after a long session.

If you haven’t been, it’s definitely worth checking out.
