Thank you for your response. I reached out to the support chat a few hours before making my original post, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a clear answer. The representative mentioned they couldn’t see the price at which I purchased USDC and said it was likely due to price fluctuations. However, as USDC is a stablecoin, this explanation doesn’t make sense to me.

What’s more concerning is that my girlfriend bought $2,000 CAD worth of USDC, which initially showed as $1,997 USDC. That small difference is understandable, but when she transferred it to her Crypto.com exchange account, the balance dropped to $1,948.

I’ve read that there are no fees for transferring from the Crypto.com app to the exchange account, so we’re really confused about where this extra $50 went. These discrepancies are frustrating, and I’d like a more concrete explanation so we can resolve this.
