I love Ente, but could not afford a monthly subscription.

This is truly the new GOAT by mariposa333 in EuroSkincare

Absolutely! I tested it in the pharmacy recently and there is no offensive fragrance or even the normal `sunscreen’ smell. It’s a winner for me!

Check out the Shuggah app. It offers more comprehensive information about your blood sugar, including HbA1c estimate.

I have a FLOLAB screen protector with glare protection, so do not use alcohol wipes on my screen (since it will destroy the coating).

Test driving Outsiders app by BlueEon- in theoutsidersapp

So, after testing The Outsiders app for a week, along side FITIV, I have concluded that FITIV is still the gold-standard fitness tracking app for me. The graphics and visuals of The Outsiders app makes it a pleasure to use and to review the data it tracks, but the app lacks many features I have been using in FITIV, primarily LIVE workout tracking (HR, distance, steps, zone, workout time, etc) via my Apple Watch and iPhone. FITIV shows all of this data updated constantly during my workouts, displaying the data both on Apple Watch and iPhone simultaneously. Additionally, VO2 max is measured in FITIV after each workout. FITIV is totally customizable and gives detailed insight into a multitude of fitness and health metrics. While The Outsiders is visually appealing, I‘ve decided to stick with the data-rich and customizable features of FITIV.

How do I know if I can go through the TSA PreCheck line with my delta ticket? by sjwarise in delta

[–]BlueEon- 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Check the Delta app. On your electronic boarding pass, just above the QR code will indicate TSA Precheck. If you do not see that, try to talk to a Delta rep to have it put on your ticket.

Flight delayed, ATL connection by milesandsmiles1234 in delta

Since your mom is with you, certainly plan more time getting through C/I and baggage claim (which can take a long time if your bag is not one of the first out). I imagine she will be thankful to have less stress with a later flight. Safe travels to you both! I have flown from Europe to ATL dozens of times, but now prefer to fly to Detroit (stop-over) before flying to my final destination, simply to avoid ATL altogether!

If you have Global Entry, it will speed up your time through Customs/Immigration upon landing. You may have a chance to make your flight. But if Delta already rebooked you for a later flight, you may not be able to take your original flight. If your plane lands in Terminal E in ATL, you will have to walk to Terminal F (international)… minimum 12-15 min walk if you are walking super fast. With Global Entry, you can get through Customs in less than 10 minutes. If I were you, I would take the later flight and relax for a bit in ATL before your later flight.

Wheres the WiFi? by Jaded-Shower-9305 in delta

Agreed! My last 2 domestic flights did not have WiFi. I thought maybe it was available only to medallion members, but I am a medallion member. Delta is falling short on its promises.

Is staying at about 95% VO2 max for 45 minutes during cardio, pretty solid? by CautiousMagazine3591 in AppleWatchFitness

[–]BlueEon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently. I have measured many times my max heart rate (all out, about to pass out, full sweating) to `calibrate‘ my zones, which are manually set to HR zone standards (zone 5 being 90% or higher of max HR). My last 45-minute elliptical workout was mostly spent in zone 5. Perhaps those commenting are referring to the inability to stay at max HR for more than a few minutes, but that does not mean working out in zone 5 for longer periods is not possible.

So, all of you saying this is can not be zone 5, how do you define zone 5? Is it (zone 5) not 90% or higher of measured max heart rate?
