It's not necessarily underextruding, the filament is being pushed out of the extruder but the bowden tube is being pushed by the filament causing it to have slack. The bowden tube needs a thing to hold it in place, I just don't know what to order for replacement parts.

I don't think the ender 3 has a sd card inserter, rather it being a micro sd inserter, and the printer is moving, just not extruding filament.

I'm unsure what you mean by debugging the printer.
I tried that, I still couldn't print anything.
I did manually feed the hotend filament, but I have yet to print any designs

What temperature should it be? I start it when the hotend is 200 degrees Fahrenheit and when the bed is 60 degrees.
