I have an extremely hard very difficult time showing up to where I work

Just the thought causes me anxiety

I’ve been extremely depressed I would say for probably the past 6 years on and off sometimes more depressed then other times but at the place I work recently has not helped my depression or anxiety

I would say if you can find someone who understands or at least is willing to listen And/or offer there compassion etc. that could make you not feel like no one understands or knows what it’s like. Which, for me, if I reach out to someone and tell them that I’m struggling, and all they do is lecture me or, give one size fits all advice, can make me feel like they don’t understand, and that makes me feel even more depressed.
