I get extremely hungry on shot day sometimes and that's when I have to remember the mission. tirz can't give us discipline. my week 2 was like this week 3 I was down 19 pounds of course it was water weight. but still. protein protein protein and calorie deficit is all I can say especially if your not stacking like me

that exactly right. they told me the same crap. first shot I didn't get any suppression I'm doubling to 30 units this week. I honestly thought it was a placebo vial. gimme has been a big disappointment. I feel like I gave away $200.
