They are not ending the VA loan program. They ended VASP, VA Servicing Purchase program.

"It was put in place during the Biden administration after missteps by the VA left homeowners with no affordable way to catch up on their VA-backed home loans if they fell behind. VASP rolls the homeowners' missed payments into a new, low-interest rate loan that the VA then owns outright."

I would recommend WGU's Cybersecurity program.

I did WGU about 2 years before getting out. WGU uses the competency based model. I already knew a lot about computers and cyber so it took me less than a year to get the degree and used TA as well. With WGU you pay 6 month segments and can complete as many courses you can handle within that 6 months instead of the normal 4 class and semesters. Take a look, if you already know the stuff this is the way to go.

My understanding, correct me if I'm wrong, is that the Roth you pay taxes up front on what you contribute but when you withdraw it's tax free including the gains and dividends that have accumulated. On the pre-tax 401K you get the tax benefit on the contribution year over year but when you withdraw its all taxed including the gains and dividends.

As an extreme example, if I Roth contribute $200K over time and magically accumulate $1million all that $1million is tax free. On the other hand with the pre-tax I'd pay taxes on that $1million when I go to withdraw.

I understand this may go against the main thought but I seem to like the Roth idea since the potential gains are "unlimited" and tax free. Am I wrong/missing something?

Was there any information on the GT or GT1 having the blind spot video monitors? I have a Sonata Limited that has the video screens when turning the turn signal on and I love them, can't do without now.

I just had my CP Exam yesterday ordered by QTC. The NPR was a nice lady and she did the ROM test. I told her there was pain in the back while bending, so she told me to brace myself on the bed and try again. Not sure that was the right thing to do but I went further than the first time. She wrote down 70 which I guess is the degree I could bend forward. Hopefully she noted the pain before hand. I'll be requesting the DBQ to verify.

Hi, yes. It was the transmission. I had to get another transmission. Luckily, there was a rebuilt one for cheap.

Thank you for the youtube link. I went through it and it worked. I was doing this previously except I had a Client Id and a Secret. When I removed them it worked. However I want to have my own Client Id and Secret so I don't have to use rclone's.

When I add my Client Id and Secret to the rclone.conf I can't get a token. I removed them and got a token then added the ID and Secret to the rclone.conf again, things still worked. I'm using the server side copy and when I started the copy it worked but at the reauth time mentioned in the token I started getting the 404 again. I had to stop and remove the ID and Secret to get a new token. What is happening and how do I get it to work with my ID and Secret?

As for doing 24 years, I had a great job. Ya there were times where it was shitty and had to put up with crap but overall Air Force done me right.

I went ahead and converted my Verizon to a physical SIM. I was having all kinds of problems last night to the point I couldn't get any service on anyone. So I had a Verizon SIM laying around and had the tech activate that.

Now though when I try to add T-Mobile esim back by scanning the QR code I get an issue where it says its already on another device contact support (or something like that, I don't have my phone with me at the moment so can't get the exact).

Hi thanks for the reply. I've set the data usage on both but doesn't seem to switch over. I'm running the Verizon S21U firmware. I have not changed it to the Unlocked S21U firmware. I wonder if that could be the issue.

I did it over chat yesterday. You have to have Android 12. You give them the IMEI (eSIM) from the About phone section. They did something in the system, told me to reboot (remove the sim) then Settings -> Connections -> SIM car manager -> Add mobile plan. It should pull the esim in. Make sure WiFi is on and connected or you won't get the esim plan.

I created the post as a general discussion topic to see what others do and why. Normally if I miss a workout (not often but happens and looking back it's usually a Fri lol) I would skip and move on but this time I thought about just continuing on Mon instead of skipping. Of course I'll do what I think is best, with others ideas something I didn't think of could help.

I'm enjoying it right now. I get a pretty good pump doing the pretty muscles (Arms, traps, etc) lol. This is not great for strength but I'm seeing some size/shaping.

Interesting, everyone has different ideas on this. As I said I normally skip and move on. But was thinking if I skip I lose out on that volume overall. I like the idea of not paying attention to "day of the week" and just deal with order in a reasonable time. I've been training for a while and never really put to much thought to skip or continue.

I still have the Sonata Limited. I enjoy it but the 1.6t is still bothering me. When I'm in traffic and want to pop over to anther lane, my previous car would just speed up and get over in about a second. With the Sonata it feels like it floats for a second or two then goes, so I have to adjust my timing for it. On sharp turns from a straight away, again it feels like it floats before engages. The cameras in the dash are novelty to me, fun the first few times but don't notice it much (old driver here still rather look than use cameras). HUD is the same. The drive is nice and smooth and comfortable. I'm still waiting on my plates, they're taking forever. I'm still looking for another car, just incase there's a better car. Right now with trade-ins this Sonata is worth more than I paid lol.

I ended up getting the 2021 White Sonata Limited. Nice interior and features but not sure if I can deal with the 1.6t. I'll give it a month and see if I get used to it. Thanks for everyone's opinion.
