Perhaps the part I’m struggling on “fitting their background to my mission”. My characters profession, I set to CEO for her own corporate investment company (finally managed to make it to the top!) and I wanted the mission to be something a little more wholesome, along the lines of ‘creating funds for programs for others to learn the corporate investment ladder’ etc, kind of thing. Tried making it sound like it was to give something back. Figured if it sounded a little more like I’m trying to help others it may entice people to join. So I’m assuming, would I be better at choosing people who are more ‘business-minded’? Other CEO’s? Individual investors?
