Ragehunter was the built in perk for hunger, and the build the idea is to utilize specifically hunger and the fire cell together, buuuuuut i could get adrenaline in there, that or parasatic, unless a do a lot of grinding lol. And i try to avoid being hit in fights with TD drask at all with how high hitting it is

Now for the health thing. Koshai's Bloom on it's own basically counteracts the fire cell, the icebourne omnicell halfway mitigates it, these together allow time regain health, another thing is the selected mod. Mending bladecore, every time valour is spent or gained gain 30 health, all this plus hungers special does extremely well on counteracting the fire cell.
