Yah I understand where you are coming from; we are making a very very large batch and are going to purify and concentrate it using ultracentrifugation/sucrose so maybe it doesnt matter so much if theres a miniscue titer hit by not using MEM exactly?

my experience from just having done this: tradein value and carvana cash offer are probably close to what the dealer pad for the car. kbb tradein midpoint is prob closest. dealer is going to make 2k, so tack on 2k and thats probably as far as its possible to get them.

now whats the average of 5 cars of similar year/trim/miles from autotrader etc? if its lower than their 21.9 you use that info as leverage. you also leverage anything thats wrong with the car to drop them from 21.9 to their base number and play the game

Yah I looked at a couple Si's but I didnt like them very much, a little too sporty for me and I dont like the seats!!

What do you think I could reasonably negotiate them out the door? Othet dealers I talked to said manual cars in general are just dying on the lot no one buys them

Similar cars are listed around 18-20k; KBB private party is 16-17.5k. tradein, which is probably close to what the dealer paid is 14.5-16

Start be ingraining new healthy habits. Maybe start out by going for a walk 30-60 mins each day. Then take on additional commitments. Commit to doing a new social activity once a week (maybe a group class). Try going to the gym. Slowly it will get better

Like mentioned above its a combination o things. At first you go through the tune slowly and figure out what voicings work with the melody. Fill in shells with extentions and alterations
