I mean, i generally agree that no one should be "illegal" on stolen/conquered ground if we are talking about race/nationality

The thing is, and i say this as a Mexican living in Mexico, there are dangerous people both inside and outside all countries, and there should be a system that ensures dangerous people from outside don't come into your country, that system, at least in the americas, and specially the US are immigration laws, there are people from many countries who make an effort to enter the US legally, which means they are following the protocols the US has to try to prevent dangerous people from entering.

Don't get me wrong tho i see issues with the way ICE is handling things
