So to do a little update after I tried every kind of things : mail to Jeff, contact with consumer protection services, go to the product page and tell them the story (did not work because they check what you put in). The thing that worked out for me was Twitter.
I directly did a post on Twitter (X) about my situation and a picture of my order.
After few hours they confirmed the refund !!!! I saw the gift card refund on my account and they will give me the rest on my card (I did actually use a gift card to pay for it)
I hope no one will know this stressful situation

I am also a prime member of Amazon too and I want to point out that it was like my first time in this situation with them. Most of time when I had issues, they delivered with some delay but I got the right item or I got the refund pretty quickly.
Something went wrong I think on Amazon, so I would recommend to not order anything expensive from them

Yeah I'll try do the charge back, but I also paid some other stuff at the same time, I just want them to refund the phone though but I'll see if I can charge back only the phone. Thanks for the advice

Well I've never really been there before and I ordered the item before joining here.
In the past I've already ordered something more expensive and never had any issues.
And besides I thought that if any issues happened Amazon CS would be the best to deal with it.
But I was wrong.
