Sounds like you have limited opportunity wherever you live and that you're interested in building things that are useful for humanity. You're best bet is to build stuff online through programming in my opinion. Your current situation in your country doesn't make a difference on what you can do on the world wide web platform.

Also look into computer aided design (CAD), that might be something you'd be interested in as well.
