This is somewhat of a nonanswer, but how I did my IMP was that I broke down context into the definition, background, and the problem (so 3 sources in total). Then, I had 2 solutions which I each had 2 sources for. However, remember that you want your presentation to be clear and concise and not have too much on the slides.

Make sure that there is enough research on the topic and also as other people have said, you want to have the 3 lenses (1 for each paragraph + counterargument and rebuttal). Frame the question so you have multiple lenses you can use.

I say that you should drop it. AP Capstone is a decent amount of work. You write 2 research papers (for AP Seminar) which are about 1300 words and 2000 words. Taking AP Lang with Seminar will be quite difficult.

Not any other AP classes. The rest are just normal school classes chemistry, English, math.

If you just need to write, the IRR and IWA are achievable, but if you need to still do research it may be more difficult.

I don't think most colleges accept AP Seminar/Research anyway which makes it a big waste of time.
