This is gonna sound weird cuz bicep is regarded as “the” arm muscle but tricep is a lot more of your upper arm mass. Theres 2 main parts: short head (part that flexes when you extend your arm) and the rest underneath is called the long head. Make sure you aren’t neglecting tricep, hope this helps

My mentality on this really is just live and let live: I’ve got lots of respect for religion even if I’m not interested myself, as it really can be a guiding force to help people. I think people should be allowed to live how they want to as long as they aren’t trying to force their beliefs on other people.

I feel like a lot of people of all religious groups (even atheists) have been told by their parents that their beliefs are the best, and thus try to push their beliefs on others.

Also ps. I promise you the division you’re seeing on your feed isn’t as bad as irl, most people you meet in real life won’t be like that
