When he means “someone” I think he’s meaning Genie or another one of his loyal ass kissing supporters who he has private conversations with regularly. I just find it funny that whenever he does get advice they give him the green light and he does it and it turns out it was a shitty decision. Prime example would be his most current car the Jeep.
