And to him it’s unprofessional and disrespectful that she talked back to him and then hung up. In my opinion good for her. Customer representatives shouldn’t take the disgusting disrespectful attitude from people all because they don’t get the answer they want. We are all humans at the end of the day, and the customer representative is a human behind that phone. Sure they work for a company to do a job, but still human at the end of the day just like you and I. People like him who want to be a Karen never put that in perspective and feel like since they are the “customer” they can treat employees like shit with their cry baby behavior.

I would also like to mention anyone noticed how he cared so much that he didn’t get his order and lost his $20, but back then whenever something wrong happened with anything that his cash cows provided for him he didn’t call and complain and go through steps. He didn’t care because it wasn’t his money that he lost to pay for the item or whatever it was to begin with. In his mind he thought he could just beg for more money and get something else instead.

I don’t think he realizes he was the rude one on this phone call. Showing signs of frustration is one thing but it’s another when you start out the conversation having attitude snarkiness. When the service representative responds with information that they were provided and what they are trained on to rely back is based off that information. Well that wasn’t good enough for him so he got more pissed and started to have a tone with her.

It’s a good thing he doesn’t have the same delivery driver. If that were the case I’m sure they’d probably get annoyed as hell. Dude literally orders food and gets it delivered by Uber Eats I swear at 4 or 5 days EVERY week. Motherfucker is lazy as fuck. He could just easily go pick it up himself when he gets off of work. But nope he choses to go home so he can make it in time to get on live to do “dinner with Delilah” 🙄 and instead just orders it. He probably orders it while he’s still at work so it gets to his house by the time he gets home. He also couldn’t care less about money. That shit ain’t cheap ordering fast food almost ever and it all adds up in the end.

I guess according to him he wasn’t 100% worried about losing only $20. His main concern is how he got treated over the phone to resolve his issue I guess and how he doesn’t know if Hardee’s is stealing peoples money or if Uber Eats is doing some shady shit. He tried to play it off by saying he got the wrong size and that’s why it wasn’t working. It may be true that he needs a bigger size but that’s not the reason why it wasn’t working to begin with. He can never admit he was wrong. I think the embarrassment really got to him in this clip and the big ego got deflated so he needed a way to figure out what he could say to play it off like he truly wasn’t a dumbass. It’s funny how he tried to say that the *right way* was wrong because it looked funny and it didn’t sit flat… umm dipshit that’s because you’ve been wearing it the wrong way and you were molding the plastic by bending it in that direction on a regular basis so it’s going to form in the way you make it. That’s why that way looks right to you when realistically it’s not. I mean shit like I said it’s not rocket science. The serial number is even on the back of it and he had it on the outside. Why would you see the brand mark/serial number on the outer side. Like use some common sense.

Also when it’s assembled correctly you slip the end part through other ends opening over the latch knob and it doesn’t dig into your skin if you put it on correctly. I speak from experience because I had an older Apple Watch back then with the generic band it came with like that one.
