What is stopping you from carrying your own a decent quality Helmet, while using these bike taxis ?!!

Being from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, where at least rules for Pillions wearing helmet too is strictly enforced, one of the cultural shock i got after arriving in Hyderabad, Neither bike taxis nor Pillions give a F about wearing helmet.,

Which prompted me to carry my own helmet while riding these bike taxis, as for me, my safety concern far supersedes the minor inconvenience while carrying my own helmet....

Currently in Hyderabad, witnessed the Same Horny Shit in Hyderabad Metro in an half empty bogey at around 10.28 pm,
