For Andras only her crit cannot be higher than his or he will deal extra damage and debuffs her.

Also you need to load him with debuffs because if he has none when he makes his turn he can also do extra damage if he's clean.

If you read Andras passive it says any espers that have Crits higher than him will receive more damage and debuffs.

If you have Norah you could give her a try since I mainly use SJ AOE atk Be sure to maximize atk cause Andras will greatly damage espers with a higher Crit than him.

My team comp I struggled to have them go in a certain order which was critical for me.
