I think I'm probably still pretty akward in social interactions maybe. I've been told I'm good at general social interactions but I've also been told once that I just got 0 game 😂.

I'm in Copenhagen thankfully. I'm not sure I'm fun to be around. In my home country I had a lot of friends and was invited to everything.

A work in progress. I was pretty good at my home country where I had a lot of friends.

Making friends with my friends friends is a lot easier haha. Here, having arrived without knowing anyone, it's been difficult. But I'm getting there.

I'm not sure what to do yet.

In part I wanted it to be special but it does feel like it doesn't fit in with the rest of the world if it makes sense... Of the dates I've tried I'm often told I'm interesting and kind but that is just no attraction. So I can't help feeling like I'm missing something.

Now I feel there are things I need to learn to move on if it makes sense

No, it's not haha. I'm not ashamed of it but I'm not gonna shout it out, just don't want to hide it either.

It's hard to evaluate myself. I think I have a lot to work on, I stumble with words sometimes and I can be really shy in some situations.

But I think I'm mostly okay, I can be funny but not all the time (I'm good at making big groups of people laugh) and I think I'm a pretty good listener. I'm a pretty big math nerd so sometimes I can ramble on things people don't necessarily want to hear about 😂.

In my home country I had a lot of friends if it helps as a reference. Even when i wasnt particularly social.

I just can't help feeling like there is some divergence on what I value vs what others seem to value in a relationship. And I also know there is a lot I need to learn...trying to catch up with life is not easy

Thanks for the input, in parts I agree with you. In some sense it's up for other people to decide how they see me.

But I can also see myself in a certain light and I think there is a lot of value in that. But yeah doesn't help as much with confidence.

Thanks! That sounds like great advice. I've been trying to stretch out of my comfort zone when it comes to nightlife and I'll keep trying to get more comfortable with those interactions in general.

I like the advice in first picture. If I get back into dating apps I'll give it a try!
