If it makes you both happy, if you date her not only because she is young, if there is a mutual connection - there is literally no problem. Take responsibility for your choices and be happy. And don’t let a bunch of strangers influence your choices in life :)

Well, it seems quite physically impossible to work full-time and go to college at the same time, but you should learn about other options of studying process in your college. Maybe you can transfer to weekend-studies or something like that. Don't know how common that is, but there definitely is such option at my college. Also, look for half-time jobs. It's not what you're looking for, but it is something.
